Logo & Crest

IBC uses two symbols to represent itself: the college crest and the IBC logo.

The crest, designed in an oval shape, contains three symbols: the Bible, a torch, and a shield.

• The Bible represents IBC's committment to local church mentoring which provides the vehicle for applying the truths of Scripture in developing spiritually.
• The torch represents IBC's rigorous academic mentoring which provides the vehicle for developing mentally.
• The shield represents the relationships developed at IBC which provide the vehicle for helping the student in developing his character.

In 2005 IBC adopted a new logo, containing a distinctive leaf which reflects IBC's committment to the growth of each individual student through its mentoring into ministry philosophy.
