
The Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Christian Service with an emphasis in Church Music is a four-year, 133-hour program. It includes the following minimums:
Bible and Theology, 30 hours
General Education, 43 hours
Christian Service Core, 14 hours
Christian Service Methods (music), 41 hours
General Electives, 5 hours
The program includes classroom instruction, private lessons, and group participation. The curriculum consists of courses in music theory, ear training and sight singing, music history, hymnology, conducting, congregational songleading, and primary and secondary performance proficiency.
