Undergraduate Application Process

Before an application will be considered complete, all forms must be completed and returned to IBC. These all become the property of the College. After careful study of your file, you will receive an official notice of your status and be provided with further information.

1. Send application forms and fee

Fill out the following forms and send them to the IBC office along with the $35 non-refundable application fee (this covers the cost of processing the application).

• Application
• Personal Testimony (an autobiography of at least 200 words that includes your testimony of salvation as well as information about home, family, work, church, and school life)

2. Request transcripts

High school and college transcripts should be requested from all schools attended. (An official transcript indicates courses taken, credits and grades earned, and your GPA. A date of graduation is required if applicable.)

3. Get three personal references

Print out three copies of the reference form:

• Give one copy to your pastor.
• Give the other two copies to friends, teachers, or work associates (not relatives).

Each person needs to complete the form and return it to the Office of Admissions (not to you).

4. Send ACT/SAT results (freshmen only)

If you are not a transfer student, you need to take the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and have the results forwarded to the Office of Admissions. This will be done automatically when you specify IBC’s number (0178 for ACT, 5461 for SAT).
