IBC’s small enrollment gives its students many advantages they couldn’t enjoy at a large school. The low faculty/student ratio enables professors to be mentors as well as instructors. While many students feel overlooked at large schools, the family atmosphere at IBC gives every student opportunities for personal growth, service and relationship development. The IBC calendar is filled with activities like hiking the Grand Canyon, softball, basketball, river rafting, winter retreats, and ministry at Arizona State University.
