Care and Share Groups
Care and Share groups assimilate newcomers into the church community, provide accountability, encourage personal growth through application of the Sunday morning message, and develop future church leaders. Joining a Care and Share group is a great way to get to know other people at Tri-City and let God challenge you to change! While each Care and Share group is unique, meetings generally include fellowship, worship, discussion, and prayer.
Assimilation
There isn't much time for developing relationships on Sunday mornings. Care and Share groups give you the opportunity to get to know other believers and become an active part of the Tri-City Baptist Church community.

Accountability
"Doing church" can make us too busy to get to know others deeply enough to help them. In the transparent environment of a Care and Share group, you learn the needs and hurts of others and are free to honestly share your struggles with friends who will help you change by holding you accountable.

Application
You will never practice what the pastor preaches unless you spend time meditating on the message during the week. Care and Share groups allow you to reflect on Sunday's message so you can apply its Biblical truths to your life in order to change.

Leadership Development
Our mission is to mentor the next generation of Christian leaders. Care and Share groups provide an environment where you can develop into a Christian leader according to the gifts God has given you by watching the example of others, practicing Biblical truths, and receiving gentle correction from godly believers.

Find a Care and Share Group
Most groups meet at Tri-City on Wednesdays from 6:15-7:30 p.m. during Youth Group (A-287) and the Joyful Noise! Children's Music Program (A-164). The nursery is available for babies to 3-year-olds in A-169 at this time.
